Returns


Lighting Directs offers a 14 day right of return policy to our online customers. We realise things might not look as you expected once in your home, that’s why we offer a return if you find your purchase is not suitable for it's intended use. 
 
The following conditions need to be met:

•             The purchase was made within the last 14 days online (return freight at customers cost)
•             The product is still in its original condition, has its original packing and has not been installed
•             Proof of purchase
 
The products can be returned by getting in contact with us at online@lightingdirect.co.nz or returning the product to your nearest store (If returning to your nearest store, the store will advise online support and online support will process the refund to your credit card – refunds for online sales are not available in store).
 

Warranties


All fittings have a minimum 12 month warranty, if installed by a qualified electrician, excluding globes. We have a 5 year warranty on all Ledlux LED downlights. Please note: Products that have been installed cannot be returned for a 'change of mind' refund.

Installation Warning
Unless a product is labelled DIY (Do-It-Yourself), all electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
